Inspired by a friend with a banoffee craze, our kitchen set out to develop our own unique recipe! The bananas are caramelized and then pan-fried with sugar. This banoffee cheesecake has a sweet and rich taste with each bite — the perfect marriage of banana and toffee.

When asked what we like about this cake, our answer is always because of its nuts, cheesecake, and caramel! These three elements are a classic combo, and the flavours are blended perfectly into the rich taste of cheesecake.
This Salted Caramel Pecan Cheesecake was what we were craving at the time, which is often the reason why our cake flavours are all over the place at times.

This matcha sponge cake is layered with red bean buttercream and paste, and two more buttercream layers (matcha and vanilla) surround the cake. The exterior was decorated with rosettes and dusted with bronze pearls.
Our head chef received several tips on what the birthday girl's preferences.

2. The cake was debuting at a classy book-themed party.
3. Her favourites included the 19th century, neutral colour palettes, and matcha flavour.
We created a profile silhouette with fondant because of its iconic significance and constant appearance on Austen's book covers. The vanilla buttercream and pale pink fondant gave the cake a soft appearance. The rosettes surrounding the cake gestured to the 19th century and gave this matcha sponge cake a classy touch.

With four layers of matcha, red bean, and honey-whipped cream, this sponge cake has a classic, elegant flavour. Matcha by itself has a strong taste, but because of the sponge cake's fluffy texture, you can taste hints of matcha with the complimentary flavours. This is one of our ideal cakes for Asian-inspired flavours.

Our kitchen loves all things Baileys, which explains why many of our in-house cakes feature this cream-based liquor. The Baileys Coffee Cake is fluffy and light. With the perfect amount of both coffee and Baileys, these two flavours compliment and balance each other out.
Our other Baileys-flavoured cakes include the Chocolate Baileys Layered Fudge Cake and Baileys Dark Chocolate.
